The V-Spec II Nur is like the rarest of them all. Gotta be a show & display import.

The only R34 edition under Show and Display is one that didn’t exist

Could be badge engineering. Because eventually they’ll be more VSpec Nurs on the road than made.

Was the hood fully-vented? If so, then holy shit this guy paid a very pretty penny to have a Nur with the near-complete Nismo appearance package. I think the only thing he’s missing is the Z-Tune’s vented front fenders.

Pays to import and legalize a R34 Nur, can’t pay someone to recondition his headlight.

It’ll be hard to tell a true Nur since you could convert a regular V-Spec II into a Nur as long as you throw in the upgraded Nismo N1 engine, interior stitching, and 300 kph speedometer.

Two people own R34 GT-R’s in my area and I see them in a nearby garage on a regular basis. They’re both running dealer plates. Do you know how this guy got his registered? It seems legit.

Dealer plates means probably not registered. And plates aren’t insanely hard to get, but it’s still not federally legal

Ahh, the dealer plates explain why I see those two GT-R’s in my neighborhood. They are usually hanging around a shop that does imports and classics.

So is this guy driving around on plates registered to his R34 GT-R because he managed to grease the wheels at the DMV? Or is he ballsy enough to run some other car’s plates? I know he shouldn’t be driving it because of the fed’s 25 year rule, but I’m wondering how he’s driving on the street with (seemingly) legit plates.

Probably because DMV sketchyness. I know a person who will get you a title/plates to basically anything for $2500.
